Plan & Prepare

In home visit to help expecting parents to make a plan for sleeping, feeding, and diapering that is going to work best for your family’s specific needs. Get assistance with curating a registry and preparing your home. This session will leave you feeling confident and intentional in your parenting choices.

In home visit to formulate a post birth recovery plan. This session involves meal train organization, idealized home set up, and product recommendations. Comes with stewed fruit compote and padsicles ready to go in your freezer to optimize your healing process in the immediate days postpartum. Postpartum Doula Packages
Your doula will step in to action right away, offering a helping hand wherever most pressing. This package includes two home visits. Your doula is here to help lift the invisible burden of managing your own recovery, caring for baby, and managing your household.

Doula arrives in the evening and begins the shift by offering mom some relaxing bodywork to aid in birth recovery. Parents can then take the night off and enjoy some rest as doula cares for the baby. This is a 12 hour shift, typically from 8pm to 8am. In the morning, a nourishing homemade breakfast will be waiting for you.

Extended care enables your doula to truly personalize support for your family, help you make progress towards your goals, and provide consistent check ins. This package includes 18 home visits. Throughout our time together you can expect plenty of warm meals, bodywork to decompress, help with house chores, baby resources, and a steady listening ear. 10% off when you book this package!

Ceremony Offerings
You deserve a moment of pause after all that you have just experienced. Your doula will create a sanctuary within your home for you to do so. You will receive a series of practices that tend to your womb. Moxibustion, to warm the body from the inside. Mayan Womb Massage, to aid in the physical and emotional healing of your uterus. Bengkung Belly Bind, to support your womb’s journey back to it’s original size. Includes a Belly Binding Wrap and Vital Fire Tincture for you to keep.

A beautifully facilitated space to drop in and share the story of your birth journey with your community. This service includes a sage smudging as folks enter your sacred home, guided meditation along with crystal singing bowls, and gentle prompting for you to share the soul voyage you’ve just been on. Includes handcrafted tea paired with an array of homemade treats to be shared. Be witnessed and celebrated in your transition from Maiden to Mother.

This is a traditional ritual that synchronistically originated around the world in Mexico, Russia, and Morocco. Pregnancy is a time of expansion followed by the climax of birth. It is a rite of passage to energetically seal your vessel afterwards.
This ritual space involves a warming oil rub down to soothe and release, a sealing body wrap with rebozos, a crystal bowl sound bath, and an herbal foot bath with hand crafted tea for a grounding reentry.This ceremony is held anytime after the 40 day window following birth. Take time to heal and acknowledge this period of transition.
